Exchange Policy

Limited Exchanges for Made-to-Order Garments
Since our garments are crafted specifically for your order, we generally do not offer exchanges. However, we understand that size discrepancies can occur. Therefore, we can accommodate a one-time size exchange for the same product, subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchange Request: You must notify us of your desired size exchange within 2-3 days of receiving your order.
  • Quality Check: The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. We will conduct an internal quality check upon receiving the garment.
  • Replacement Availability: Exchanges will only be processed if your desired size is in stock.

Exchange Process
If your request meets the above criteria, please contact our customer service team at +91 99712 83822 within the 2-day window. We will guide you through the return process for the original garment and arrange for the dispatch of your replacement order upon successful quality check and stock availability.

Important Notes:

  • We cannot guarantee that your desired size will be available.
  • Exchanges are limited to one per order.
  • This policy applies only to size exchanges; exchanges for style or colour variations are not possible.

Made-to-Order Policy
Please note that all our garments are made-to-order specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns for unwanted items.

Returns for Defects
We take pride in the quality of our garments. However, if in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we will be happy to offer a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the garment must be unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original condition.

Return Timeframe
All returns for defects must be initiated within 2-3 days of the delivery date.

Colour Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns for colour exchanges. We highly recommend that you carefully review our colour charts and descriptions before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Garments that have been damaged by the customer
  • Garments that have been altered according to specifications provided by the customer
  • Garments that have been worn
  • Initiating a Return

If you believe you have received a defective garment, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of delivery. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for inspection.

  • All packaging and tags must be included.
